If you are having an issue redeeming a code, please check the following:

Ensure that the redemption(s) listed in the title match the site that you are trying to redeem from (ex: ‘Movie (HD) iTunes Redeem’ should only be redeemed on iTunes)
If it’s a Vudu code, there are sometimes multiple options for redemption on Vudu. You may have to search for the title on Vudu and try each one until you find the entry that is correct.

Orders are automatically emailed as soon as the payment is successfully processed. Sometimes they do end up in your spam folder and sometimes (rarely) they get rejected by the email service (looking at you Yahoo). You should add to your email contacts to ensure delivery.
